Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act

Presumes such goods were made with forced labour and bars them from import unless the importer can rebut that presumption. More broadly, US law prohibits importing goods made with forced labour from anywhere.

Who it affects

US importers, and every supplier whose inputs might be questioned at the border.

What it requires

  • Tracing the supply chain to raw materials
  • Evidence of where each input came from
  • Proof that high-risk inputs were not mixed in

How POINT helps

POINT captures this evidence in the field and keeps it linked through every handoff, so it's ready to share when a buyer, auditor or authority asks.

  • Full supply chain mapping to raw material
  • Producer and worker records
  • Custody records showing no mixing with high-risk inputs
  • Audit and certification documents
